Eliot, long hot baths, tea, James Joyce, Junior Elvis, puppies, time, Brasseye, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, Ted Hughes, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Pavement, Woody Allen, Philip Glass, 80’s R.E.M. and The Cure, George Formby, Ribena, visiting foreign cities (I have visited the following, in the last few years, which explains why I am skint: Paris, Bruges, Berlin, Rome, Florence, Sienna, Pisa, Naples, Verona, Venice, Palermo, Rhodes Town, Corfu Town, Athens, Amsterdam, Seville, Cordoba, Valencia, Prague, Porto, Barcelona, Granada etc … phew.), Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Michelangelo, Donatello (not necessarily the turtles), Kate Bush, Nirvana (the band, not the cessation of desire), The Sisters of Mercy, Vaughan-Williams, Border Collies. I'm visiting Bulgaria for 2 weeks in May 2009.
A few other bits and bobs: I have 2 boys, who seem to be pleasant enough fellows, so far as I can make out. I am a social worker (learning disabilities). I live in Saltburn-by-the-sea, which is by the sea (there’s a clue in the name). I am healthy; I am pretty much normal. I am relaxed, generally, and try to be compassionate and kind. Finally, I'm a bit on the shy side, at first, and sometimes, at second. I like it when people are respectful and gentle. That's it for today. Come and visit me; I will prepare tea.
